What are your thoughts on how to know and measure that “your culture is how your strategy is executed”? In other words, how do you know your culture is efficiently and effectively executing your strategy? From my experience, many will be intimidated by how to measure their culture, let alone their strategy, or even where to start. What are your thoughts on that?
